Minimum stay 7 days (Sat-Sat). Weekly rates per mini villa, including water and electricity charges. Compulsory cleaning of the mini villa on departure 50 euros, turist tax (“taxe de séjour”) 1 euro per adult (12 years or older) per day, bedlinens and towels available for rent 15 euros per person. Booking is subject to a 30% deposit by bank transfer. The balance must be paid in cash on the day of arrival, or by bank transfer no later than 15 days prior to arrival. Please email us for the bank account details.
No cancellation fee up to 60 days prior to arrival. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation, unless written notice is provided no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
A 100 euros deposit will be required on arrival for any damages. Guests must abide by the rules of the Residence at all times.
